About Module City Tax Automation for SabeeApp PMS
City Tax Automation is a compliance module that integrates with your SabeeApp workspace via the official API and calculates city tax on every SabeeApp folio according to a per-city rule book covering 180 European jurisdictions (Budapest, Vienna, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Prague, Lisbon and many more). The module handles age exemptions, length-of-stay caps, seasonal rates and business-travel exceptions. Monthly and quarterly filings are generated as ready-to-submit PDF and XML files, matching the format required by each municipal tax office. City Tax Automation works alongside SabeeApp and does not replace SabeeApp — it reads folios and writes a single tax line back per reservation. First month included with every annual subscription.
Get started in four steps.
1. Add to cart and check out
Add the module to your cart and confirm the order. An email arrives with your Sabeemod workspace access link and payment instructions.
2. Access your workspace
Use the access link to open your Sabeemod workspace. The module is provisioned and waiting for configuration.
3. Connect your SabeeApp account
Complete the OAuth flow. Sign in to your SabeeApp workspace once, approve the requested scopes, and the module is bound to your property.
4. Configure and activate
Follow the module-specific setup wizard. The first sync with your SabeeApp workspace runs within 15 minutes of activation.
