About Module Guest Wallet for SabeeApp PMS
Guest Wallet is a PMS extension that integrates with your SabeeApp workspace via the official API and lets returning guests carry a prepaid credit or loyalty balance across stays. Each SabeeApp guest profile receives a wallet identifier, funded by direct top-up, refund credit or points earned on previous stays. During check-in the front-desk operator sees the balance inside the standard SabeeApp reservation panel and can apply it to any folio line — room, F&B, spa, transfers. Guest Wallet works alongside SabeeApp and does not replace SabeeApp's built-in folio; it settles balances into a dedicated ledger account, reconciled nightly. Compliant with EU accounting rules for prepaid instruments up to EUR 200 per wallet.
Get started in four steps.
1. Add to cart and check out
Add the module to your cart and confirm the order. An email arrives with your Sabeemod workspace access link and payment instructions.
2. Access your workspace
Use the access link to open your Sabeemod workspace. The module is provisioned and waiting for configuration.
3. Connect your SabeeApp account
Complete the OAuth flow. Sign in to your SabeeApp workspace once, approve the requested scopes, and the module is bound to your property.
4. Configure and activate
Follow the module-specific setup wizard. The first sync with your SabeeApp workspace runs within 15 minutes of activation.
